HT Vision specialises in managing and delivering niche property projects. These projects typically deliver 4-25 house and land packages or townhouses. These projects can be held for long term cash flow or used to generate a ROI over a period of 12-24 months.

The focus on this projects is on the exit from the project for a Develop and sell. For projects to be held long term the focus on is linking up with Government programs such as NRAS and NDIS to ensure above market returns. HT Vision can participate in any stage of a project.
